The City of Menifee, Arkansas is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms for the Menifee Drainage Improvement Project. The project involves replacement, upsizing, and rehabilitation of multiple deficient culverts and associated drainage infrastructure throughout the city. Engineering services may include surveying, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, design, plans and specifications, cost estimates, agency coordination, bidding assistance, construction administration, and other necessary services. The selected firm will also assist with procurement and coordination of a qualified Construction Manager during project implementation. SOQs must be received by September 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
