Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District, Inc. (SEAEDD) along with North Louisiana & Arkansas Railroad (NL&A), Lake Providence Port Commission (LPPC), and Chicot-Desha Metropolitan Port Authority (CDMPA) are seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services. These services will support rail and port infrastructure improvement projects in Southeast Arkansas and Northeast Louisiana. The selection process will follow state and federal procurement requirements and will evaluate qualifications, technical competence, project approach, funding experience, past performance, and rurality and density.
