The  NUCLEAR NONPROLIFERATION  Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking to procure a 532 nm Single Channel Raman Instrument with SpectraSoft data acquisition software, and  Laptop Computer w/ Intel Core i7 processor with 12G RAM @ 256 GB solid state drive that Includes SpectraSoft spectral acquisition software, or a qualified domestic equivalent.
