Description
The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is seeking a qualified firm to provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for a comprehensive multiyear janitorial maintenance program. This program covers maintenance for eighty-one existing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Stations and Transit Centers, with options to expand to five additional locations in Kearny Mesa and other transit facilities throughout the MTS system. The contract duration is seven years, from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2034. All work must comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and MTS contract provisions.
