Description

This notice announces the final flood hazard determinations for various communities, which may include additions or modifications of Base Flood Elevations (BFEs), base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) boundaries or zone designations, or regulatory floodways on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and supporting Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports. These determinations are the basis for floodplain management measures that communities must adopt or demonstrate to qualify or remain qualified for participation in FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The final flood hazard information is available for inspection at community map repositories and online through the FEMA Map Service Center. The effective date for the new or modified flood hazard information is July 21, 2026.
