Description

New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking a licensed and insured roofing contractor to remove and replace the existing metal roof approximately 100 ft x 50 ft located at 3119 SR 44, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and permits. The work includes removal and disposal of existing metal panels and installation of new 26 gauge 36” galvalume panels. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and all work must comply with applicable building codes and regulations. A mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the project location.
