Bi-State Development (BSD) d/b/a Metro is seeking qualified firms to provide supplemental, on-call ADA paratransit overflow transportation services in support of Metro Call A Ride. These services will accommodate demand exceeding Metro's in-house paratransit capacity, including subscription trips, peak demand periods, same-day service needs, service disruptions, vehicle shortages, or other operational constraints. The contract(s) will be non-exclusive, and Metro may assign trips to one or more contracted providers with full discretion over trip assignment volumes.
