Pierce County is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to understand the capacity of organizations or project teams to manage and operate tiny home villages and other non-congregate transitional housing, including providing or coordinating supportive services for residents. The County seeks information on populations served, operating and service models, scale feasibility, costs, funding sources, and conditions for successful operation. Additionally, the County is interested in identifying respondents with capacity or interest in site identification and development, either directly or through partnerships, to explore integrated development and operations models. The RFI aims to gather practical information to inform future projects and procurement related to non-congregate transitional housing.
