Lawn Care Services for TCAT Northwest Campuses – Mowing, Trimming, Mulching, and Snow Removal

The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) is seeking competitive bids for comprehensive lawn care services at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Northwest and its campuses in Newbern, Covington, Ripley, Bells, and Union City, TN. - Government Buyer: - Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), Tennessee College of Applied Technology Northwest, Procurement and Contracts Office - Scope of Services: - Mowing twice monthly during the growing season at all five TCAT Northwest campuses - Trimming of shrubbery, bushes, and landscape plants twice per year (spring and fall) - Seasonal mulching, including furnishing, delivery, installation, and cleanup - Snow removal and salt application on parking, driving, and walking areas upon request - Quantities: - Mowing: 24 services per year per campus - Trimming: 2 services per year per campus - Mulching and snow removal: as needed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mandatory onsite evaluation for all bidders - Compliance with background checks and insurance requirements - Contract term is one year with options to extend annually up to five years - No specific OEMs or equipment brands are specified; open to all qualified service providers - Encouragement of participation from small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran owned businesses
