The Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration is soliciting comments on a proposed revision for the authority to conduct the information collection request titled Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Monitoring Report and Complaint/Apparent Violation Form. The revision includes adding instruction documents for completing Form ETA5148 and revising Form ETA8429 to separate complaints and apparent violations forms.
