The City of Kent, Washington, is seeking qualifications from consulting firms to assist with a targeted update to the 2028-2034 Parks and Open Space Plan. The selected consultant will review and update the existing plan, conduct a focused statistically valid survey, update GIS and Nature Score data, incorporate the City's six-year Capital Improvement Program, and prepare the plan for adoption in accordance with Recreation and Conservation Office requirements. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) are due by October 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. Submittals are accepted at the Kent Clerk's Office.
