Description

The City of East St. Louis is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified independent contractors to provide Community Solar Outreach and Subscriber Management Services supporting the City’s Community Solar Initiative funded through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Equitable Energy Future Grant. The City intends to select three independent contractors: one Lead/Supervisor and two Community Solar Outreach & Subscriber Management Contractors. The contractors will work under a coordinated scope of work in support of the City’s Community Solar Initiative. Applicants must demonstrate experience in community outreach, public engagement, customer service, program enrollment, or related work, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
