The City of Sacramento's Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive streetscapes and landscape maintenance services for the Franklin Arlington area and other municipal sites. - Government Buyer: - City of Sacramento, Department of Public Works, Street Services Division - Scope of Services: - Streetscapes and landscape maintenance for eight designated sites (Arlington 1-4, Cosumnes River Blvd, Franklin Blvd South, Laguna Creek West, Wickford Square) - General horticultural care, turf mowing, fertilizing, pruning, weed and pest control, litter and debris removal - Integrated pest management (IPM) and irrigation system operation, monitoring, and repair - Adherence to sustainability practices, safety, and environmental compliance - Compliance with LS-20 Landscape Maintenance Services General Specifications and all applicable local, county, and state laws - Contractor Requirements: - Must hold a valid California C27 Landscape Maintenance Contractor license - Minimum two years’ experience in large-scale commercial or government landscape maintenance - No subcontracting of maintenance or pesticide application permitted - All work must be performed by contractor’s own staff - Performance and Warranty: - Services provided monthly at each site for a two-year term (not to exceed $249,999) - Minimum 120-day warranty on any plant material installed - Strict performance schedules, reporting, and inspection requirements - Penalties for service deficiencies may apply - No specific OEMs, brands, or proprietary products are named; the procurement focuses on service delivery and contractor qualifications.
