Description

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for reference standards including analytical reference standards, reference materials, and certified reference materials. These materials are used in the routine operations of a full-service forensic science laboratory system with multiple locations throughout the state of Kansas. The procurement is conducted through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process with a contract period from the date of award through December 31, 2029. Vendors must be officially invited to participate and comply with mandatory bidder registration and tax clearance requirements.
