The City of Columbus Division of Fleet Management is seeking qualified contractors for diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag commercial mowing equipment under an Indefinite Quantity Agreement. - Government Buyer: - City of Columbus, Division of Fleet Management - OEMs and Vendors: - Scag (primary OEM) - Products and Services Requested: - Diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag commercial mowing equipment - Includes engine diagnostics and repair, gasoline and propane fuel system diagnostics, electrical and cooling system repairs, hydrostatic drive and transmission diagnostics, hydraulic system repairs, steering and brake system repairs, deck and PTO repairs, preventive maintenance, and replacement of worn or failed components - Labor for diagnostic and repair services - Parts (new Scag OEM or OEM-approved replacements only) - Miscellaneous charges related to repair - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must use only new Scag OEM parts or OEM-approved replacements unless otherwise authorized - Contractor must have demonstrated experience with Scag equipment - Technicians must be qualified and possess OEM-specific diagnostic software and tools - No guaranteed minimum quantity; work is authorized via Purchase Orders - Maximum aggregate expenditure capped at $50,000 - Estimated Contract Value: - Up to $50,000 - Period of Performance: - Indefinite Quantity Agreement; work performed as requested by the Division of Fleet Management through authorized Purchase Orders

Description

This solicitation is for diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag equipment under an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) with the City of Columbus Division of Fleet Management. The contractor will provide labor, supervision, tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials necessary to inspect, diagnose, repair, and test Scag equipment. Services include engine diagnostics and repair, fuel system diagnostics, electrical system repair, preventive maintenance, and general mechanical repairs. The estimated aggregate expenditure under this agreement shall not exceed $50,000 during the contract term, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work.
