Description

This solicitation is for the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) program as designated by House Bill No. 2010, Section 10.730. The contract allows a non-governmental, previously established local FIMR team in a city with more than four hundred thousand inhabitants and located in more than one county to operate independently of the state program with a separate IRB. The team will utilize standards and methods of review established by the Department, coordinate with the state FIMR Program and regional FIMR teams, and submit all outcomes, findings, and data for their areas of purview to the state program. The contract period is from the date of award through May 31, 2027, with two one-year renewal options.
