Description
The Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Hi Viz Hardknock Hard Hats or equivalent on an as needed, if needed basis to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The solicitation will be awarded to multiple suppliers. The contract period is from the notice of contract award through August 31, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals. All questions must be submitted no later than ten calendar days prior to the bid due date, and MoDOT will not accept responses by email.
