The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (Acquisition Directorate), is seeking preventative maintenance and support services for the Lenel S2 Physical Access Control System (PACS) at its Boston Regional Office. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Acquisition Directorate - OEMs and Vendors: - Lenel S2 (primary PACS OEM) - AMER PWR (Back-Up Power, REX) - Aiphone (Intercom) - Interlogix-ITI Canada (Access Control, Video) - Avigilon (Video, Middle Atlantic) - Speco (Video) - HID (Access Control) - DMP (Intrusion) - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance services for Lenel S2 PACS, including quarterly inspections, software updates, database backups, operational and load testing, cleaning, adjustments, and reporting - Emergency inspection services (response within 8 business hours, in-person within 5 business days) - Controlled power outage support (scheduled shutdown and restoration of security system) - Optional software upgrade task (major version upgrades within 120 days of contract modification) - Maintenance covers a range of PACS equipment: - 6 Back-Up Power units (AMER PWR) - 35 REX devices (AMER PWR) - 4 Intercoms (Aiphone) - 41 Access Control devices (Interlogix-ITI Canada) - 1 Video device (Interlogix-ITI Canada) - 7 Video devices (Avigilon) - 1 Middle Atlantic device (Avigilon) - 3 Video devices (Speco) - 35 Access Control devices (HID) - 73 Intrusion devices (DMP) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be approved resellers and technicians for Lenel S2 systems - Emergency services and optional software upgrades are included - Contract includes a base year plus four option years - Maintenance must cover all listed PACS equipment and provide detailed reporting
