Contractor shall update The Joint Commission Statement of Conditions and update life safety drawings for the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System in accordance with Joint Commission Hospital Physical Environment Document List and Review Tool, NFPA, and the most current VHA Joint Commission Clarification Document. Contractor shall determine NFPA 101-2024 (or later) Life Safety Code (LSC) deficiencies in accordance with NFPA 101, NFPA 99 and the most current Joint Commission Clarification Document and VA modified Document List and Review Tool.
