CalSTRS is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to support testing activities for its BenefitConnect pension administration system. - Government Buyer: - California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) - Technology Services division - Services Requested: - Senior Test Analyst services - Responsibilities include requirements management, test planning, scheduling, defect triage, business analysis, test case development, date shift coordination, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, impact assessment, and knowledge transfer - Use of lifecycle management tools such as JAMA is required - Contract Details: - Up to 36 months with an option to extend for an additional 24 months - Estimated average of 172 work hours per month - Work primarily on-site at CalSTRS headquarters in West Sacramento, CA, with flexibility for remote or alternate arrangements - Unique Requirements: - Extensive experience in test analysis and requirements management methodologies - Must hold a current Information Technology California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) agreement - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named, as this is a service-based opportunity

Description

This Request for Offer (RFO) seeks to select one experienced Senior Test Analyst with expertise in requirements management and testing methodologies for pension, financial, or similar systems. The analyst will support test activities related to the BenefitConnect pension administration system, including test planning, scheduling, defect triage, business analysis, test case development, and coordination. The contract period may be up to 36 months with an option to extend for 24 additional months. Work is to be performed on-site at CalSTRS headquarters in West Sacramento, CA, during business hours, with some flexibility as directed by CalSTRS.
