The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of an independent assessment of the existing video surveillance ecosystem, including software and hardware, for the Department of Information Technology Services. The assessment will cover all County facilities with current video surveillance and those without cameras, encompassing over 3,100 leased and County-owned cameras and supporting equipment across approximately 100 locations. The resulting assessment will be used for internal planning, budgeting, and decision-making, focusing on system performance, risk mitigation, and supportability. Proposals must be submitted by September 28, 2026, and the contract will be awarded to one service provider.
