Description

Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of comprehensive 1099 processing services on an annual contract with four options to renew. The services include processing 1099 data from the County's Oracle system, form generation, printing, mailing, electronic delivery, corrections, reprints, and support for federal and state reporting and compliance. Proposals must be submitted by October 2, 2026, and the contract requires meeting insurance requirements with an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.
