Description

Murray City is soliciting sealed bids from qualified roofing contractors for the complete replacement of the existing roof systems at the Murray Park Center. The project includes removal and disposal of existing roofing materials, deck and substrate repairs, insulation, installation of a new 60 mil TPO roofing system, drainage improvements, flashings, coping and parapet work, and related accessories. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, site protection, cleanup, and coordination necessary to complete the work. The project also includes required warranties, project closeout documentation, and applicable unit pricing as identified in the IFB and Bid Form. The project must be completed by January 1, 2027.
