Description

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is seeking proposals from qualified firms registered with FINRA and/or the SEC to serve as Senior Managing Underwriters, Co-Managing Underwriters, and Selling Group Members for future bond issuances. The selected firms will be included on DASNY's Qualified Underwriter List and may participate in bond sales through the Personal Income Tax Revenue Bond Program and the Sales Tax Revenue Bond Program during the contract term. Firms wishing to serve as Selling Group Members must complete a Common Application Coversheet but are not required to submit a full proposal. The contract term is three years, and the solicitation is open statewide in New York.
