Description
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is soliciting offers for one new General-Purpose Laboratory Vacuum Vessel to support cryogenic research at the Herzberg Astronomy and Astrophysics Research Center. The vacuum vessel will be integrated with a cryocooler, vacuum pump, and other custom parts to create a cryogenic testing capability for custom and commercial cryogenic mechanisms. The vessel must meet specific technical requirements including construction from stainless steel, precise internal dimensions, and various flange ports as detailed in the technical drawings. The contract duration is approximately 5 months, with delivery required by March 31, 2027, to Victoria, British Columbia.
