Description

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting proposals through the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process for the RELLIS Water Tower project in Bryan, Texas. The project includes constructing a new domestic water well approximately 3,200 feet deep, a water transmission main, a cooling tower, and a ground storage tank facility to support the campus. The well will provide up to 1,934 acre-feet per year of water at a rate of 2,800 gallons per minute and will connect to a proposed cooling tower and a 500,000-gallon ground storage tank. The ground storage tank will be interconnected to a new 1-million-gallon elevated storage tank from a previously approved sub-project to supply the campus.
