Description

The City of Calgary is seeking qualified Construction Management bidders through a Request for Proposal process to deliver both a temporary and a permanent fire station in Yorkville. The permanent fire station will be approximately 1,400 sqm and is expected to be operational by February 2029. A temporary fire station is required to be operational by October 2027 to provide interim emergency services until the permanent station is completed. The project site is a 0.68-hectare parcel at Yorkville Way SW and Yorklyn Manor SW. The contract duration is estimated at 51 months starting from October 26, 2026.
