The Department of the Air Force, 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base Guam, is seeking a Portable Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (CUAS) for the 736th Security Forces Squadron. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, 36th Contracting Squadron (Andersen AFB Guam) - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) Portable Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS) - Must be rapidly deployable for mobile, dismounted, and fixed missions - Provides full-time, multi-band protection without calibration or recurring maintenance - Includes: expansion port, operator control, activity log review, system updates, pole mount kit with 10-meter network cable, tripod, mounts, power supply mounts, hard case, wire kit, Skyview MPV3 - Hardware warranty and software license for 3 years with quarterly updates - Must detect drones passively up to 3 km - Weight not to exceed 35 lbs; size not to exceed 13 x 8.5 x 19 inches - Meets MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-882E, and IP66 ingress protection - Connectivity: RJ45 Ethernet; Power: 85-305VAC / 36VDC / MIL-STD-1275 vehicle DC cable - Security accreditation: eMASS/DIACAP - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 3-year hardware warranty and software license with quarterly updates - No calibration or recurring maintenance required - Must be compliant with multiple MIL-STD and IP66 standards - Must include all mounting hardware and transport case - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to all qualified small businesses - Quantity: - One (1) CUAS system

Description

I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.

II. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective date 13 March 2026, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. Supplemental change effective 10 November 2025, Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 16 September 2024.

III. The Clause at FAR 52.232-18, Availability of funds, applies to this acquisition.

A Response to this RFQ must be received via e-mail no later than 10:00 AM. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST) on 18 September 2026. Oral quotes will not be accepted. Emailed quotes must be received at the stated addressee email inbox on time and the addressee must be able to open the email and all attachments. No other email receipt will be acceptable. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of offers. It is the vendor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt.
