NSWC Philadelphia Division Solicits OSHA-Compliant Scaffolding Services for Building 77L

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is soliciting scaffolding services for Building 77L to support rain leader removal and replacement. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division - Products/Services Requested: - Erection and dismantling of a supported steel scaffolding system in Building 77L - Includes a planked walkway and a two-level scaffold tower with safety rails and toe boards - Scaffolding must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L standards - Rental period is four weeks after scaffolding is green-tagged as safe - Quantities and Line Items: - 1 job unit (firm fixed price) for scaffolding erection and dismantling - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have at least 10 years of experience and be licensed, bonded, and insured - Authorized reseller letter required - Pricing must include shipping costs - Quotes must match RFQ line item descriptions exactly - Level 1 CMMC evaluation required with quote submission - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation.

Description

NSWCPD has a requirement to purchase Scaffolding services. Please see the attached RFQ document that has the Statement of Work(SOW) that describes what NSWCPD is requesting. 

A LEVEL 1 CMMC EVALUATION IS NEEDED with your quote!

 If the quote does not provide what is being asked for in the RFQ, your quote will be disqualified.   

If your quote does not match the Line item description in the RFQ,  your quote will not be considered or accepted. 

Authorized reseller letter is required

All pricing should include the cost of shipping, as this order will be FFP utilizing FAR part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please include with your Quotation at least one of the following:

-Published Price List -Past Navy Invoices with the Same or similar Items -Past Industry Invoices with the same or Similar Items
