NIST is seeking a small business to provide relocation services for the Public Safety Immersive Test Center (PSITC) on its Boulder, Colorado campus. - Government Buyer: - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Department of Commerce - Scope of Work: - Relocate office and IT equipment from the FirstNet Building to NIST Building 3 - Includes disassembly, packing, transport, and reassembly of items - Items include: 10 workstations, 15 thirty-inch monitors, 4 large TVs, 2 server racks, 60 wall partition pieces, various office furniture (desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, refrigerator, kitchen island, bed, etc.), and specialized equipment (rolling ladders, air conditioner, steel bench) - Services Requested: - Moving services with truck/van, crew, and all necessary equipment - Development and compliance with a site-specific Safety Plan (OSHA and HSPD-12 requirements) - Floor and carpet protection during move - Completion of move in one business day within the specified performance window - Unique Requirements: - Special handling for IT equipment and heavy/large items - Strict safety and security compliance, including personnel training and access protocols - All work must comply with the attached Statement of Work and specifications - No specific OEMs or branded products are identified; the opportunity is open to qualified small business moving companies.
