Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127P26QA031 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ), for monthly preventative maintenance services, and repairs as necessary, for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems located at eleven (11) facilities at the Estate Bethlehem Military Compound, St. Croix, USVI, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Requirement Description: The Virgin Islands National Guard (VING) requires a qualified contractor to provide all-inclusive, non-personal, monthly preventative maintenance services for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at eleven (11) facilities located at the Estate Bethlehem Military Compound, St. Croix, USVI. Services shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The customer is currently working on a more detailed listing of all HVAC systems under this requirement to include make, model/serial number, tonnage, etc. This document will be posted via solicitation amendment as soon as it is available.
Period of Performance: The anticipated contract will consist of one (1) 12-month base year and two (2) 12-month option years.

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 15 September 2026 at 09:00 AM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Interested parties must submit attendee names to andrea.a.bryan-mcintosh.civ@army.mil and byron.a.todman.civ@army.mil. POCs will respond with site entry requirements.
