Description
The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement for supplying and installing an ultrasound unit. Period of performance: 10/01/2026-09/30/2027.
The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 09/15/2026 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
