This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. 70CDCR26Q00000015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, requires the purchase, of gym memberships for up to fifty (50) ICE officers assigned to duties away from the federal building.
The contractor must be located within a 2-mile radius of the Rancho Bernardo ICE office located at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 315, San Diego, CA 92128. Access to the gym’s portal for managing accounts is preferred.
The anticipated period of performance is from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027 for base year, and with possible two (2) one-year options through September 27, 2029. The Government will award on an all-or-none basis.
Evaluation and Award
This procurement is being conducted under the procedures of FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation.
In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the following factors will be used to evaluate quotations:
Technical acceptability, the contractor shall provide access to the gym facility during posted operating hours; Contractor location within a 2-mile radius of the Rancho Bernardo ICE office located at 11770 Bernardo Plaza Court, Suite 315, San Diego, CA 92128. Access to the gym’s portal for managing accounts is preferred; Price; and SAM-registered
Award will be made on all or none basis.
