(4) Description.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District, Operations Division, has a need for a new mini excavator to replace a wheeled skid steer at the Pomme de Terre Lake Project Office, Real Estate Office, and Maintenance Building at 23697 County Road 218, Hermitage Missouri, 65688. The vendor must also give trade-in credit for the Government's existing wheeled skid steer. Additional details are provided in the attachment.

(5) All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

(6) RFO Subpart 9.2 Qualification Requirements will not apply to this acquisition.
