The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center NJ, is seeking a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cloud-based SaaS Radiotherapy Technical Quality Assurance (QA) System and Repository for its National Radiation Oncology Program. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Technology Acquisition Center NJ - Scope and Requirements: - Solution must support QA data capture, analysis, and reporting across approximately 41 VA Radiation Oncology Centers - Must be cloud-based SaaS and comply with FedRAMP and VA security requirements - Integration required with various radiotherapy QA devices and equipment - Includes project management, FedRAMP authorization, system setup, integration, monitoring, training, and optional SaaS licenses - Centralized monitoring and analysis framework, API documentation, user instructions, and training materials are required - Products and Services Requested: - Project management and planning deliverables - FedRAMP assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring - System setup and configuration (12 units) - Integration with QA devices and radiotherapy equipment (12 units) - Centralized monitoring and analysis framework (12 units) - User training and documentation - Optional SaaS licenses (up to 5) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict FedRAMP and VA security compliance - Integration with diverse radiotherapy QA devices - Small business set-aside under NAICS 541519 - SaaS licenses may be exercised up to five times during contract life - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solution must be COTS and cloud-based.
