THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE:  The Network 10 Contracting Office, 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 325 Indianapolis IN 46240, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, purchase order for Building Washing at the Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, OH. 

The Solicitation is anticipated to be issued as an Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. NAICS Code 561720 – Janitorial Services, NAICS Size Standard $22 Million.  The Product Service Code is Z1DZ – Maintenance of Other Hospital Buildings.

This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Overhaul Procedures outlined in RFO Part 12. 

All potential quoters MUST be registered and active in the SAM. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Contract Opportunities / System for Award Management website www.sam.gov.  No fax bid packages shall be accepted.
