Brookhaven National Laboratory, under the Department of Energy, is seeking a subcontractor for the fabrication and supply of precision X-Ray Mirrors via a Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA). - Government Buyer: - Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), Procurement and Property Management Division - U.S. Department of Energy, Brookhaven National Laboratory - Products/Services Requested: - Fabrication and supply of X-Ray Mirrors, including: - 3 Silicon concave spherical mirrors - 2 Silicon plane mirrors (matched pair) - 4 Silicon plane mirrors (high specification) - 2 Zerodur flat mirrors (per drawing ZZ21111101) - All mirrors are uncoated and delivered in customized boxes - Detailed specifications for each mirror: precise dimensions, surface quality, roughness, tolerances, and bevel/chamfer requirements - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Quality assurance per BNL-QA-101, including ISO 9001 compliance and supplier quality system maintenance - Documentation and certification required for delivered items - Delivery required within 6-8 weeks after receipt of order for each item - Task order-based procurement with a 5-year ordering period and a $250,000 ceiling - Subcontractor must complete outstanding orders up to 12 months after BOA expiration - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; materials specified are Silicon and Zerodur - Period of Performance: - BOA effective for 5 years; individual deliveries within 6-8 weeks ARO

Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) in order to place orders for X-Ray MIrrors per the attached draft BOA and Statement of Work (See Enclosure A).
