Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the PIMC Fire Alarm Replacement Project (Project PH26PH02H7) at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and other resources necessary to remove and replace the existing fire alarm control panel (FACP) and graphical user interface (GUI) system.
The requirement includes replacement of the existing NOTIFIER NFS-640 Fire Alarm Control Panel with a NOTIFIER INSPIRE N16x Fire Alarm Control Panel, or approved equal, and replacement of the existing GUI/workstation system with the latest NOTIFIER ONYXWorks GUI workstation system, or approved equal. The replacement system shall be fully compatible with the existing NOTIFIER fire alarm system, field devices, loops, and associated components that will remain in place.
The Contractor shall be a current NOTIFIER Engineered Systems Distributor (ESD) or authorized NOTIFIER distributor, as specified in the Statement of Work, and shall demonstrate experience installing, programming, commissioning, and servicing networked NOTIFIER systems of comparable size and complexity, including ONYXWorks graphical workstations and healthcare occupancies.
The work includes, but is not limited to, fire alarm control panel replacement; annunciator replacement; ONYXWorks GUI installation and configuration; required NOTIFIER network hardware; development and implementation of an updated points list; floor plan and device mapping; programming; system integration; testing and commissioning in accordance with NFPA 72; system cutover and phasing; and on-site training for Government personnel.

Period of Performance: 100 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
