Parks Canada Agency is seeking a qualified contractor and delivery team to complete a combined infrastructure improvement project at the Lake Louise Wastewater Treatment Plant in Banff National Park, Alberta, and at the Field Wastewater Treatment Plant and Field Water Treatment Plant in Yoho National Park, British Columbia. The project includes planning, professional design, procurement, construction, installation, controls integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, and warranty services. Major elements involve replacing two active 300 mm nominal process-air lines, installing redundant municipal wastewater UV disinfection trains, and installing redundant validated potable-water UV treatment trains. The work must maintain required aeration, wastewater disinfection, and potable-water treatment through sequencing, temporary systems, bypass arrangements, and contingency measures. The contract duration is 5 months, starting October 15, 2026, and completing no later than March 31, 2027.
