Description
The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (OCEO), known as Elections Canada, is seeking Open Source Analyst services to support CCE investigators by providing research, reports, multi-faceted analyses, and other analytical products as needed. The contract duration is 12 months starting from November 2, 2026, with options to extend for five additional 12-month periods. The contract requires organization and personnel security clearances at the SECRET level.
