Description

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer for professional services related to coastal imaging, habitat classification, shoreline assessment, and related data products for all Canadian coasts. The contractor will perform aerial imaging, ground truthing surveys, and aerial imagery processing to produce open-source data supporting shoreline classification, species, habitat, ecosystem vulnerability, and ocean protection. The services will support DFO's Ocean Protection Plan and spill response initiatives. The Standing Offer excludes certain northern and eastern regions and will be valid until September 30, 2031.
