The vendor is required to inspect the entire building areas such as courtyards, vending areas, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, dumpster areas, loading docks, boiler rooms, kitchenette areas, break areas, janitorial closets, teleconference centers, conference rooms, and air handlers.
