09SEP2026 - Amendment 0001 issued.  Attachment documentation with amendment SF30 uploaded.  LIST OF CHANGES: 1. CLIN 0001 Quantity required changed from 1 to 2 each. 2. Attachment 1 Specifications.pdf is superseded by AMD 0001 Attachment 1 Specifications.pdf. 3. The solicitation requires signature and emailed submission of any amendment SF30 documents. Please complete this process in full as part of quote submission. 4. When issuing the pricing quote on the base SF1449, please populate the CLIN 0001 block 23 UNIT PRICE with the UNIT PRICE and the block 24 AMOUNT with the TOTAL AMOUNT for 2 EA.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1354 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Carbon Flux Sensor and Tower. 

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516.  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
