UPDATE 9 SEPT 2026. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the closing date of the solicitation on the SF1449. The original closing date of the solicitation was 17 Sept 2026, but was listed as 4 Sept 2026. This has been updated to 18 Sept 2026 at 11:00 AM Local Time. This amendment also corrects the requirement description and brand name requirement of the original synopsis language. This is NOT a brand name requirement. This update also posts the current questions & answer CAO 9 September 2026. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
