The U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC) Region 1 Southeast is seeking to modernize commercial internet, wifi, and cable television services at two facilities on Redstone Arsenal, AL. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC) Region 1 Southeast - Scope of Services: - High-speed commercial internet (500 Mbps to 1 Gbps) with wifi and landline at the Region 1 Annex (BLDG 3489) - Cable television service with at least two drops and digital video recording (minimum 50 hours) at Region 1 HQ (BLDG 3646) - Contractor must provide all required equipment, installation, and ongoing maintenance - 24/7 help desk support and preventive maintenance, including software/firmware upgrades within 60 days of release - Locations: - BLDG 3646 Ajax Road (HQ) and BLDG 3489 Holly Road (Annex), Redstone Arsenal, AL - Unique Requirements: - Services must be fully mission capable within 60 days of award - Secure base access required for installation and support - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or product quantities are listed - Contract is firm-fixed-price for a base year plus four option years (total five years)

This is a request for information for market research purposes only to determine capability based on meeting the PWS requirements and obtaining base access as soon as possible.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to post a solicitation to award a five-year contract on Redstone Arsenal, AL for the following items: Cable television and internet services. This will require the vendor going through the process of obtaining secure access to Redstone Arsenal base. PWS is attached. Instructions for base access are within the PWS.
