Description

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to meet the State Entity's needs for grounds maintenance in outlying areas. After evaluation and any negotiations, preliminary results including participating suppliers and evaluation outcomes will be publicly announced, followed by final contract award announcements subject to the protest process.
