The City of Waynesboro is seeking an engineering firm to provide design services and construction management for its sewer improvement project funded by the FY 2026 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS)/Community Project Funding (CPF). These funds are administered through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Responding firms must be technically qualified and licensed to provide design and inspection services for local, state, and federally funded projects. Proposals must be submitted in four hard copies by 4:00 p.m. on October 12, 2026, addressed to the Assistant City Manager and clearly labeled. Late proposals will not be considered.
