Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority is seeking bids for a turnkey stormwater improvement project on Midway Road. - Government Buyer: - Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority - Scope of Work: - Removal of existing stormwater infrastructure: - 45 LF of 18-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) - 148 LF of 42-inch CMP - 528 LF of 48-inch CMP - Five double wing catch basins - Four junction boxes - Two headwalls - One raised pedestal inlet - Installation of new stormwater components: - 59 LF of 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) - 96 LF of 42-inch RCP - 46 LF of 48-inch RCP - 481 LF of 54-inch RCP - Four double wing catch basins - Four junction boxes - Two raised pedestal inlets - Two concrete headwalls - Associated road restoration services - Unique Requirements: - All work to be performed within Authority easements or public right-of-way - All permits and rights-of-way are already secured - Project is designed to be turnkey, requiring minimal involvement from Authority personnel - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Corrugated metal pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, catch basins, junction boxes, headwalls, pedestal inlets, and road restoration - Quantities and sizes specified for each item

Description

The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Midway Road Stormwater Improvement Project. The project scope includes removal and installation of various sizes of corrugated metal pipe, reinforced concrete pipe, catch basins, junction boxes, headwalls, and road restoration. All work will be performed within Authority easements or public right-of-way, with all necessary permits obtained. The project is designed to be turnkey with minimal Authority involvement. Bidders must obtain the full bid package to participate.
