The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified service providers for the Provision of Examination and Testing for Protective Services on an Annual Contract with Four (4) Options to Renew for the Department of Human Resources. The contract involves developing and administering promotional examinations for public safety departments including Correctional Services, Fire & Emergency Services, Police Department, and Sheriff's Department. The service provider is expected to research, develop, and administer validated testing methodologies and the entire promotional testing process. Proposals must be submitted by September 28, 2026, and the contract is for an as-needed basis with no guaranteed number of examinations annually.
