Description
The City of Pasadena Department of Transportation is seeking proposals from qualified transportation consulting teams to provide technical transportation impact analysis services for land use projects and other projects under City review. The selected consultants will form an on-call bench to perform project-specific Task Orders including CEQA Transportation Impact Analyses, Local Mobility evaluations, travel demand modeling, and technical documentation. The contract duration is five years with possible extensions, and work will be assigned in a rotating sequence or direct awards based on expertise. Proposals must be submitted electronically by October 6, 2026, and must include technical and price proposals along with required certifications and disclosures.
